Reg Wilson
Reg is Managing Director ofIFR Extra and is a chemistry graduate of Chelsea College, University of London with a DSc (Chemistry) awarded in 2001. He is also the Deputy Director Science Operations for the Isntitute of Food. A Chartered Manager and a Chartered Scientist, he has over 25 years research experience in infrared and Raman spectroscopy and other analytical techniques. He has worked on food authentication, sensing and food measurement.
