IFR Extra is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to work in the Human Nutrition Unit on a zero hours contract
Applications are invited from Registered Nurses or RGNs with a minimum of two years post registration and experience of working in a research environment for a minimum of one year.
Candidates should have a good grounding in medical knowledge, possess skills and a minimum of one years’ experience in phlebotomy using butterfly needles, knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and possess good interpersonal, organisational and communication skills. Cannulation skills and experience essential. Candidates must be able to work unsupervised.
You will be expected to work to GCP standards and within the NMC Professional Code of Conduct/Scope of Practice.
